The Villa
Villa Eden is a contemporary villa with a living area of 280 m2, a large indoor swimming pool and a very large garden of 5 000 m2. It is only two hours from Paris and 40 minutes and 55 minutes from the Ouistreham (Caen) and Le Havre ferries respectively.

Situated in the small commune of Auberville, between the sea and the countryside, the villa is an ideal place to spend your holidays in peace and tranquility while being close to both the seaside and the major tourist attractions of Normandy.

The villa has been specially equiped as a holiday villa. Guests will find all the comfort and convenience of a modern house with many amenities to make the most of your precious holiday time.

Equipped with expansive, luminous south-facing bay windows, the Villa Eden has an inviting outdoor recreation area.

With more than 5000 m2 of verdant grounds bordered by mature trees, a terrace / solarium of 70 m2, and a deluxe wooden children's climbing frame, both young and old can derive great enjoyment from the garden.

The play area is an American Skyfort with swings, slide, monkey bars, and a rock wall.

Living area​

On the ground floor, a warm and convivial living area of more than 80m2 welcomes you as you set foot through the door.

A large kitchen with a central island is at your disposal to discover all the tasty produce of the Normandy region and to prepare delicious dishes for everyone.
The living room has a TV/home-theatre space with comfortable sofas and a library/games area. A large fireplace completes the picture.

Breathing space and camaraderie
Indoor Swimming Pool 
Come rain or shine, Villa Eden's indoor swimming pool is ready for you. It is heated from April to December to between 27° and 28° (normal temperature for a large pool).
​
With a size of 4x8 meters, it will delight young and old alike.
​
The swimming pool is in a dedicated area adjoining the main living area. Large bay windows bathe the pool with light and provide a great view over the garden and terrace.
​
The swimming pool windows slide open onto a south-facing solarium, with sunbeds ready for you to recline into. Make the most of the sun, the pool, and the serenity of the garden.

Bedrooms

Villa Eden has five spacious bedrooms: one on the ground floor and the others on the first floor. Each has features designed to cater to single people, couples, and children.

Villa Eden has three bathrooms as well as two independent toilets.

This spacious bathroom has a bath, a large Italian shower (100x145cm), two sinks and a toilet.

The large master bedroom has its own shower and dual sinks. Guests can wash and bathe in complete privacy.

There is a bathroom in the pool section with a large shower (80x120cm) and a basin.

There are three toilets in total. There is an independent toilet on the ground floor and on the first floor, and one toilet in the main bathroom on the first floor.

Indoor Play Area

The garage has been converted into a dedicated play area.
You will find at your disposal:
. an 8-foot (221x122cm) American pool table with balls and cues
. a table tennis table with bats and balls
. assorted tables and chairs for other activities
The room is well lit but unheated, so you can spend time with your friends and family during the day or on a summer evening.
The Babyfoot can be found in the main living area.
