Rates and Reservations

Villa Eden is open all year round.​



Thanks to its indoor swimming pool, which is heated from April to December, and to the many indoor activities available to our guests (home cinema, baby-foot, board games), visitors to the Villa Eden have plenty of things to occupy and delight them all year round.

​

Villa Eden has been welcoming guests since 2013. There have been new owners since September 2019.

Reservations can be made through:

​

  • Email to sylvie_milhaud@hotmail.com (direct booking: rental contract, no booking fees), or

  • Abritel (Abritel booking fees added during the booking process)

10%-15%** discount on bookings of two weeks or more (please contact us for more details)

** Discount applies outside of high season



For stays other than a week or a weekend in duration please contact us.

Included in the cost of rental:

​

  • Check-in and check-out at the villa

  • Electricity and gas

  • Wi-fi

  • Baby equipment (2 travel cots with mattresses, 1 high chair)

  • Kitchen towels and mop

  • Bath and shower mats

  • Initial kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee filters)

Not Included:

​

  • Tourist tax (payable when you arrive; based on the number of adults and nights). The tourist tax for 2025 is €2.60 per adult per night for 4 star furnished tourist accommodation.   • Abritel booking fee if you reserve through abritel.fr

Remember to bring :

​

  • Towels (toilet and beach towels) and bed linen
    On request, we can provide them (for an additional fee) or give you the details of trusted providers for towels and linen. 
    Cost is 15 euros/single bed, 17 euros/double bed, 6 euros for towel kit (2 towels)
